科研简介
主要从事结构生物学方面的研究,已经成功解析多个重要蛋白质及其复合物的结构,包括了人源凝血因子XIa、血浆激肽释放酶(PK)、尿激酶与多肽抑制剂复合物晶体结构、尿激酶与抗体Fab-112复合物晶体结构、血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1(PECAM-1)小角散射结构等。近年来,在重要国内外学术刊物上发表论文共24篇,其中10篇为第一作者或通讯作者,获得授权专利1项。
