科研简介 (Scientific research)

主要从事先进半导体光电材料的凝聚态理论与计算研究,致力于新型钙钛矿型半导体体系微观结构中的缺陷与杂质性质、掺杂物理、及其诱导的载流子复合、动态晶格畸变、离子迁移、固体结构相变,和其中微观能量转换机制。通过构建多尺度理论框架,系统揭示材料在动力学—热力学—电子学维度和缺陷—晶格—性能层级间的耦合关系,提出并发展多项具有前瞻性的材料性能调控策略。近五年来,发表高水平论文40余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Nature CommunicationsScience Advances (2)Journal of the American Chemical Society (2)Advanced MaterialsNpj Computational MaterialsPhysical Review系列The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters等国际顶级期刊发表研究论文23篇,入选福建省海外引进高层次人才、旗山学者(海外)奖励计划,主持国家自然科学基金青项目等科研项目4项
