研究方向: 课题组长期致力于超分子有机化学,折叠体,合成离子/水通道,用于DNA运输和测序的纳米通道,基于通道的抗癌剂,用于脱盐和纯化的水通道膜: (1)设计用于运输离子、水、气体和大型客体分子的合成通道 (2)基于质子转运蛋白的抗癌剂 (3)含水通道反渗透膜用于水的脱盐和净化 (4)用于DNA运输和测序的纳米通道

研究方向为生物有机功能超分子化学(人工离子/水/DNA/质子通道)及在海水淡化,抗癌新药和第三代基因测序技术开发中的应用)。在国际主流化学期刊上以主要通讯作者发表SCI收录论文百余篇,包括1篇Nat. Nanotech.,11篇J. Am. Chem. Soc.,16Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,2篇Nat. Commun.,1篇CCS Chem和2篇Acc. Chem. Res.,H-index = 49。
