研究方向: 1.电化学(生物)传感器、材料电化学、电子电镀、温度调制电化学基础研究; 2.电化学适配体传感器设计及生物标志物和药物检测; 3.半导体芯片制造中的铜/钴互连电镀技术、先进封装(TSV、TGV、凸点等)电镀工艺与晶圆电镀装备研发; 4.电子电镀液成分在线测量技术及其装备研发。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目8项、主持包括华为等公司在内的横向合作项目4项。在Anal. Chem., Green Chem., Biosens. Bioelectron., ACS Sensors,Sens. Actuators B Chem., Nanoscale等国际著名期刊发表SCI论文100余篇,获得国家授权发明专利30余项。
