科研简介
研究领域涉及电化学(生物)传感器、材料电化学、电致化学发光、芯片实验室等。
在国内最早开展了温度调制电极(热电极)的研究工作。在界面电化学、温度调制电化学基础理论及其应用方面作出了重要研究成果。在国际上首次实现了用于半导体三维封装技术的高深宽比通孔(TSV)电镀。目前该专利技术被用于最先进的封装工艺。自2001年来,获得并主持6项国家自然科学基金项目。获得国家授权发明专利10项,发表SCI论文40余篇。包括Chem Eur-J, Chem Commun,Biosens Bioelectron, Green Chem,J Mater Chem等国际著名期刊。发表在Chem Commun上研究热电极对治疗禽流感前驱物(莽草酸)的高灵敏度检测方面的论文,被选为热点文章(Hot Article),并被英国皇家会期刊Chemical Technology 作为亮点介绍。
