科研简介

唐点平,教授,博士/硕士生导师,“闽江学者”特聘教授,德国“洪堡学者”,全球前2%顶尖科学家。2008年获西南大学分析化学专业博士学位,同年获德国“洪堡奖学金”资助,在德国慕尼黑工业大学从事博士后研究,2009年底回国,被聘为福州大学“闽江学者”特聘教授,博士生导师。唐点平教授近年来主要从事纳米医药及纳米生物传感方面的研究工作,在肿瘤标志物检测、食品安全分析、环境监测等方面开展了一系列卓有成效的研究,并取得了一系列重要的研究成果,以第一作者或者通讯作者已在Journal of the American Chemical Society、Angewandte Chemie International EditionACS NanoNano LetterNano EnergyAdvanced Functional MaterialsAnalytical ChemistryClinical Chemistry等国际权威刊物上发表SCI论文200多篇。先后主持多项国家级和省部级科研课题,2019-2024年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者,2021-2024年入选科睿唯安化学学科全球高被引科学家。现为Biosensors & Bioelectronics副主编Biosensors & Bioelectronics X共同主编、Frontiers in Chemistry综述编辑,以及Microchimica Acta等国际期刊编委。2010年获全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖,2011年获福建省杰出青年基金项目,2013年获重庆市自然科学技术奖一等奖,2013年入选“福建省引进高层次创业创新人才计划”,2014年入选“世界百名最具影响力分析科学家”荣誉称号。

近来年,本课题组主要围绕疾病的早期诊断方法学研究,成功构建一系列新型免疫分析新方面和新技术。具体学术成绩主要包括:(1)在免疫传感探针构建方面:研制新型纳米材料,构建免疫传感界面,制备新型免疫传感探针,用于临床上肿瘤标志物及食品中生物毒素快速、灵敏的检测;(2)在信标抗体标记技术研究方面:结合纳米标记和生物学技术放大策略,制备新型纳米标记探针,构型多重信号放大免疫分析策略;(3)在免疫传感模式改进方面:结合物理学和化学生物学知识,构建新型免疫传感分析体系,实现对传统免疫分析模式的革新。
