科研简介
主要从事先进半导体光电材料的理论与计算研究,致力于新型钙钛矿半导体体系微观结构中的缺陷与杂质性质、掺杂物理、及其诱导的载流子复合、动态晶格畸变、离子迁移、固体结构相变,和其中微观能量转换机制,从多个的维度(动力学-热力学-电子学)和多个层次(缺陷-晶格-性质)发展和优化材料设计。近五年来,发表高水平论文27篇,其中以唯一第一/通讯作者在Nature Communications,Science Advances,Journal of the American Chemical Society,Advanced Materials,Npj Computational Materials,Physical Review系列,The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters等国际顶级期刊发表研究论文15篇。
